After the new management admitted that the program, in 2015, stole my strongest players (which resulted in a loss of $xxx.xxx in losses on my side), they are now planning to rename their affiliate program and do a complete relaunch.
Careful though - the AM who vowed to improve the program and begged me to promote them again (which I declined) has now informed me that they closed my account completely. It doesn't get much more cynical and unethical that that.

So right after admitting that they stole from me, they have now decided to steal what was left of my revenues from players I brought in over 9 years.
Also, my last invoices remain unpaid, and they have stopped answering my emails altogether.
About the future relaunch - I would be very surprised if they would not use that opportunity to cancel all existing affiliate accounts ind order to save themselves from paying commissions for players brought in by their former affiliates.
I suggest that everybody in this industry keep an eye on them and whatever new program they launch, do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

This is what I will tell you about my experience. I came to play in a casino on the advice of a friend. In the first couple of months, I constantly cursed with support and quite seriously. There were always some problems. Everything was decided, it turned out I did not read the rules carefully. I re-read everything, everything and the problems somehow disappeared, the money was withdrawn quickly enough, the games were clear.
