I just log into my Guts affiliate account and was prompted to accept new Terms and Conditions. I read some parts of the document but not all of it.

Anyone saw something bad in the new T&C?

The only rule that makes that brings me back some "bad memories" is this rule:
"6.7 The Company may delay payment of any balance to the Affiliate for up to one hundred and eighty (180) days, while it investigates and verifies that the relevant transactions comply with the provisions of the Terms."

I don't know if this was in place when I signed up but I don't like it...

This is a capture from Wayback Machine on the 17'th Sept 2013, and 6.7 is included. These T&C's were updated (29.04.2013 - Version 2)
http://web.archive.org/web/20130917...ts.com/en/Page/affiliate-terms-and-Conditions

The current T&C's were updated (27.11.2014 - Version 6)

Can't say if Version 1 had this term or not BUT I make it habit of fine-combing thu T&C's and I don't recall spotting it either.

If I had, I doubt I'd have signed up.

I don't currently promote them cause there are a couple other changes which (imo) are not fair.

There were some minor changes regarding UK Gambling Tax relating to chargebacks and Net Revenue. I will try to get an official alert out, but my alert system seems to have died with the upgrade to the latest PHP :(

Just saw an email saying that Guts Affiliates re-branded to Gaming Innovation Group Affiliates. I've read the new T&C's but it's always better to hear some other opinions before accepting them.

What do you think?

I think it's VERY poor form of them to expect us to read ALL the T&Cs again - why can't they just tell us what's changed???

And I also think it's VERY odd to write the T&Cs ALL in CAPITAL LETTERS... WTF?

The words "Negative" and "Minimum" (relating to quotas) don't appear, so I'm hoping there's nothing nasty.
Have e-mailed them to ask about bundling...

I will find out. When this happens, it messes with the spider, so it will be somewhat manual. Give me until the end of the day as I am out of town.

Attached are the changes. You will see that there are none of any note.
