New AGD look

I usually just click new posts, not the pull-down but the "new posts" next to forum rules. I know it has the divider message "Threads below this have not been updated since your last visit but have unread messages." Perhaps when clicking this link the new posts could have a different background shading/color/text-color?

I think that it would be nice to have more colors and different background shading to go along with them also.

Taken on board, we did lose the developer we had starting on AGD and are looking for another so are moving a little slowly but we are looking for another. In the meantime our other developers are fixing issues.
