Neteller - Duplicated Transactions Issue

I just found some duplicated transactions on my neteller account dated back to 22nd of December 2018, an ATM withdrawal and a simple POS payment duplicated somehow w the same transaction description but unique transaction id.

After a quick search I found another guy on betfair community site who has got the same issue so I assume it's not an individual case.

I've sent an email to Neteller but it was like a day ago and I got no reply.

Someone else affected by this mysterious Neteller issue?

Yes, our accounts were affected too.
Neteller replied back that they are aware about the issue and they are sorting it out.

It has been sorted for me now.

Yes, me too. However after this I'm gonna use Revolut or something else because a reputable payment service provider cannot have issues like this for more than a week imho.

I have never had a problem but then again I rarely use Neteller. Did they sort the issue out?
