Need stake affiliate manager (who is not idiot0 contact

Hello.

I registered at Stake.com several months ago, created my affiliate link and put it on one of my sites.
Clicks don't register at stake end.

I write e-mail to partners@stake.com explaining my situation. The answer I get:

"Hi Donkey,

Thank you for your interest in becoming our affiliate.

Before we proceed, could you provide your username on stake and links to your streaming platforms?

Best regards,
Jae"

As you can see Jae is an idiot because she/he thinks I must be a streamer in order to become an affiliate.

I answered with one of my traffic sources and never got an answer.

Also how come Stake allows you create affiliate link but you don't really affiliate after that and clicks don't register.

I am notifying my Stake contact right now.

Have been promoting them for a while and tracking has been working just fine.

It is definitely funny and at the same time typical for crypto casino space to ask for streaming links, many really are still super amateurish when it comes to affiliating. You would not expect stake, as one of the very big crypto casinos, to be one of these. Way to go…

I would avoid these bozos. They have completely ruined the Twitch casino streaming scene. Just a matter of time before all gambling becomes banned on Twitch.

I've had a lousy experience with Stake as well.

I've been trying to talk to my affiliate manager and a senior manager and they are completely unresponsive. I've long since given up trying, there are lots of other casinos, who actually try working with you.

Plus one day I found out that my tracking link in my Stake account changed. No notification, nothing, I've been sending my traffic god knows where for who knows how long. Make no mistake, this was not my error, as I have referred some users to Stake using my link and Stake offers no way for you to manually change the link yourself. In fact, this happened to me before at another (also blockchain) casino. I'm guessing it's a scam attempt to keep more money in the house.

Anyway, bad experiences that keep piling up. Would expect much more from a site like Stake.

Those Crypto Casinos have a long way to go, especially when it comes to affiliation and I agree, Stake should be a prime example of a crypto that gets it... Even they don`t get it at times though but since having connected with Akhil, I am satisfied.

Maybe send him an email and "start fresh", I can hit him up if you like and tell him to take care of fellow affiliates like you!
