I joined the Neat Affiliates program for the online casino Jackburst through their affiliate network and promoted the brand in good faith. From the beginning, I was in regular contact with my assigned affiliate manager, who actively communicated with me regarding the partnership and my promotional activities.

After referring approximately 10 new players to the casino (I cannot confirm the exact number because my account access was later revoked), my affiliate account was suddenly closed. I was informed that the decision had been made by the “fraud department.” The alleged reason appears to have been that multiple players came from the same city.

I want to make it absolutely clear that, as an affiliate, my role was solely to promote the offer and direct traffic to the casino. I have no control over who decides to register or play on the platform, nor do I have access to players’ personal information, locations, or activity. Accusing me of fraudulent behavior on these grounds is completely unjustified and unreasonable.

In addition to closing my account without a proper explanation, Neat Affiliates withheld my legitimately earned affiliate commissions. My affiliate manager provided me with an email address to submit a formal complaint, which I did promptly. However, despite waiting for more than a month, I have received no response whatsoever from the company.

Furthermore, my account was closed so suddenly that I did not even have the opportunity to properly review the situation or verify my balance. According to the latest information I received before losing access, there was approximately €1,500 in the account, although I believe the actual amount may have been even higher at the time of closure.

I have always acted in good faith and complied with the responsibilities of an affiliate partner. I simply expect transparency, fair treatment, and payment of the commissions that were earned legitimately.
