We have been over 2 months without receiving any payments or any feedback from the affiliate manager George, who has decided to just ignore every message we send.

We are Gambling-Affiliation.com - an Affiliate network who have been in the industry for 20 years. The reason they are not paying us is because unfortunately, one affiliate ended up being fraudulent. we have no arguments about this and we have informed the operator that we have no intention on receiving any of these funds related to this affiliate. We have no interest whatsoever.

However, there are thousands of euros that are legit from many other affiliates who are of course expecting payment on a monthly basis. All our affiliates are independent from one another.

The Affiliate manager Is also guilty of trying to snipe our affiliates that we send and take them for their own.

is there a head of affiliates contact out there who can help us?

Surely, an affiliate network with 20 years in this industry, your company should have its own legal council.

When things go pear shaped, it's the network that gets shafted, which in turn, the affiliates get shafted too.

The obligation you have is with your affiliate marketers, it's solely an agreement with them.

They don't have an agreement with MyStake, you do.

I wouldn't want to be in your shoes, because frankly the responsibility to pay the affiliates of Gambling-Affiliation.com lays at your company's feet, and no one else's, if and when things go pear shaped.

Maybe time to get a lawyer, mate ;)

Hi Mate

Sorry but your statement is wrong. We only pay out affiliates once we get paid, It's part of our Terms and conditions.

Unfortunately yes both of us are suffering now.

Its very disappointing that brands do this, we accepted the reduction in commission but we must be paid for the legit traffic. No ones KYC systems are foolproof and sometimes bad affiliates get into the cracks.

99% of our traffic comes from good honest affilliates

Mystake also stopped responding to us and blocked our account

Thanks for the topic.

It seems like some even the oldest affiliate programs are going through some bad times right now.
