Due to these terms:
6.2. This Agreement may be terminated by either party by giving 30 days written notice to the other party.
Predatory. There should always be a valid reason for closing an affiliate's account and stealing their income.
6.4. JPJ GA reserves the right to terminate this Agreement by a notice in writing (an email being sufficient): (i) if at any time JPJ GA deems in its reasonable opinion that the Partner Company does not actively promote the Participating Sites including by not referring a reasonable number of Players to the Participating Sites, for a period of one (1) month (and not actively promoting the Participating Sites shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement); or (ii) for business reasons or for any other reason in accordance with its internal policies, standards and controls..
Predatory minimum activity clause.
9.7. Handling of negative publicity. Upon notice of any negative publicity concerning the Partner Company, or the Partner Companys owner(s), which JPJ GA management believes can damage the reputation of and its brands or those of related companies, JPJ GA has the right to terminate the Agreement immediately.
