I am writing this to alert the affiliate community about my recent negative experience with MERAGAMING, specifically involving Guilherme Jardim (Affiliate Manager).

Summary of Facts:

  • February 3, 2026: A 75€ CPA deal was agreed upon with Guilherme Jardim to promote MERAGAMING (LollySpins) on a Telegram/Discord.
  • Activity: Throughout the remainder of February, we generated 9 FTDs (First Time Deposits), strictly complying with all KPIs requested in the agreement.
  • The Conflict:
In early March, after starting to promote the casino on the Telegram, k0mpa noticed that some FTDs were missing due to user feedback. He began questioning whether people had already registered and deposited, and after some calculations, we realized that the number of feedbacks was different from the number shown on the Dashboard. Upon verifying this situation, we questioned Guilherme in the group created with the MERAGAMING Admin on Telegram, to which we were told that we would have a call via Google Meets to resolve this situation. After the call, Guilherme verified that the tracking link for viewers that was presented to us was incorrect and did not count towards the FTDs. This situation was corrected, and Guilherme provided us with a new link. As this situation caused concern on our part, since we might be promoting and getting organic traffic, and this might not be being counted, k0mpa became alert to the number of FTDs on the Dashboard.
As a discrepancy was found in the number of FTDs, Guilherme asked us to post on Telegram, requesting the number of people who had deposited and their respective emails. This was so that MERAGAMING could add them manually, since there were errors in the link provided.
    This situation was resolved.
A few weeks later, we were informed that the results obtained during the partnership were not as expected, and the partnership was terminated. We contacted the partner regarding the payment of outstanding CPAs, and after several days without a response, during which we sent numerous messages to Guilherme and the Admin, who saw and ignored them, we were informed that the brand had considered the traffic illegal, thus justifying not paying us the amount owed.

Now, since the agreement was made and our part was fulfilled, even having problems with the links which are solely the responsibility of MERAGAMING, we would like to receive the respective payment.

The brand, in addition to not responding promptly, also states that the matter is resolved and they will not proceed with the payment.

Reading through your message, I read that you are motivating players to deposit thats why you get "discrepancies" - MERA Gaming in this case is an Affiliate Network is getting paid for what is been tracked on the platform not the screenshots / emails someone is providing - the Direct Advertiser probably notified them they are not going to pay for motivated traffic.

Do you have more stats about number of registrations, FTDs and deposit count?

Good afternoon,

At what point do I say that k0mpa is encouraging someone to deposit? He made the post on Telegram as agreed with the brand, that's all.

It's normal that after a few days, results are already visible… And since that hasn't happened, it's a warning sign.

Here are some screenshots that are available to us… We didn't find the total deposits on the dashboard, which is also strange.

There were 71 clicks, it's very strange that there are only 9 registrations... Considering there was a problem with the link and even the brand had to register some FTDs manually, which may have caused some to be lost along the way...

Good evening,

As proof that we are right, Guilherme and MERAGAMING deleted the Telegram group containing all the conversations and evidence.

As I was already aware that this would happen, I had already saved both conversation histories as proof.

I advise anyone interested to stay away from the brand and especially from Guilherme... Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Thank you,

Hi i am the Affiliate Manager mentioned in the recent post regarding MERAGAMING. I would like to clarify several inaccurate and misleading statements that were presented.

I want to make this absolutely clear: the request to collect player emails did not come from me.

This request was initiated by the affiliate (Carlos). From the moment this was brought up internally, my manager immediately raised concerns and flagged that this situation could “become problematic,” as it is commonly associated with incentivized traffic, which is not compliant with CPA agreements.
Despite this, due to Carlos’ insistence that he had more users claiming deposits than what was being shown on the platform, I escalated the request to my manager, who then passed it on to the brand representative.
It is important to highlight that it is highly unusual, and a serious red fla, for an affiliate to have direct access to players’ personal data such as email addresses.

Yes, there was a minor issue with the initial postback/tracking link configuration.
However, this did not prevent us from validating traffic, as we were able to manually track and analyze the FTDs using click IDs and internal data.
The request for player emails only moved forward due to Carlos’ continued insistence, claiming that he had more users sending him emails confirming deposits than the number of FTDs visible on the platform, but in reality, it had more emails than real FTD's LOL.

It is important to clarify our role in this process.
We operate as a network/intermediary, meaning:
  • We do not make the final decision regarding traffic approval
  • The casino/operator (the brand) is solely responsible for validating traffic and approving payments
After reviewing the traffic, the brand itself flagged and rejected the FTDs based on their internal compliance and fraud detection systems.

Reason: Access to personal data of players and Minimum deposit abuse (On all the players of Carlos Campaign)

To be completely clear:
  • The decision to reject the FTDs and withhold payment was made by the operator, not by me personally
  • This decision followed their internal compliance checks
  • As a network, we are required to respect and enforce the operator’s final decision
I remain available for transparent and fair discussion, but it is essential that the facts, and responsibilities, are represented accurately.

PS: The situation described reflects a pattern that is, unfortunately, quite common in the affiliate industry when traffic quality is questionable.

Good morning,

It is funny to see that after this post was made, Guilherme is suddenly ready to respond—yet when he was approached for over two weeks, he ignored all messages…

Once again, I want to emphasize what I stated in the first post. I believe it is only legitimate that when a content creator starts promoting a casino, they keep an eye on the dashboard to check for FTDs (First Time Deposits). Since we are aware of the results from other partnerships we have maintained for over two years, we have an idea of how many FTDs usually occur (we are talking about expectations...), and that is exactly why Guilherme was approached regarding this situation. This proved us right, because first deposits were indeed being made but weren't being counted due to a mistake on the brand's part regarding the link.

It is funny that Guilherme justifies this link issue as a "minor problem," knowing that these types of things affect not only the partnership/trust between the creator and the brand, but also the FTD performance (people join and deposit, but they don't count...).

I will repeat what I told Guilherme: whether the traffic is of good or bad quality, the traffic was generated. And we fulfilled our part of the agreement, which was the promotion of the brand. I mentioned many times that we did not want to continue working with this brand, especially given Guilherme's total lack of professionalism; we simply wanted fair payment for our work. In all my years of experience with casinos, this has never happened to me before. A casino might even feel that the traffic isn't beneficial for them (which is their right), but they pay regardless because they know this is an agreement, and an agreement must be honored.

Since Guilherme talks so much about "incorrect statements" and "lies," let’s address this point:

  • As you can see in the images, the agreement was centered on a €75 CPA. I asked Guilherme this question myself, and he confirmed by responding "Yes"... A few days later, when we discussed the amount again, he claimed something else. Then, a few hours later, he went back to stating it would be €75, moving to an 88 CPA. This shows total inconsistency on his part and, once again, a lack of professionalism.
I could be here until tomorrow showing proof and images of how Guilherme lacks any kind of professionalism, especially regarding his sudden disappearances. But I don’t want to debate this matter further. I want us to be paid according to the agreement because it is still a significant monetary value.

It is sad that these things still happen in this market. As I said, we have partnerships that worked very well and have lasted over two years, which shows we are legitimate people with values—we are not here to deceive anyone.
