Mate affiliates not paying or responding - RESOLVED

Been working with Mate affiliates and added their new brand Great Win casino in June.

Payments never came even after sending invoices and asking on Skype. Currently our manager is away on vacation but hasn't replied for a long time, and adding their other affiliate managers they don't accept the Skype invites.

Anyone facing the same issue?

Nature of the business i suppose. They did get back in touch now so waiting for payment
Keep at it and keep asking for the money and I am sure there has to be some results for it soon. I wish you all the very best and good luck to you

They are slow payers but never have left anything unpaid. First you don't hear anything for 3 months and suddenly they pay everything at once. Not the optimal way of handling payments but at least we've always received every penny.

People need to pay on time because I am sure they do the same with the payment providers and the game service providers. Imagine a casino telling the licencing authorities we will pay you the fees and everything after 3 months. This is not how usual people do business and these people as publicly named by MissExposé is a good thing for others to be aware of and updated about as well. Let us all work together to expose and stop this from happening to other's. They are also getting more business from the affiliates and just like clients for online casino's change the online casino they work with it is only fair to say that the affiliates should too

Yeah, I totally agree. Bad habits will never die without any reaction. Obviously a collective approach could have some effect as I feel that going solo has not really changed anything so far.

Absolutely and we need to care for one another or else the way someone is not getting paid can happen to all those Affiliates working hard and getting these people traffic. Most people make the mistake to not even push for the money that they deserve and this is SAD... :(
