TERMS UPDATE - ADDED PROPERTY
Market-ace will provide email and telephone support for the service which can be found on the website. Market-ace consists of the following brands: jackpotjoy.com Sunbingo.co.uk Notwbingo.co.uk CAESARSbingo.com CAESARScasino.com botemania.com
TERMS UPDATE - MARKETING SERVICES PROVIDER
This Service Membership Agreement (the ''Agreement'') is made by and between Entertaining Profitable Play Limited (EPL). PPL). (marketing services provider for www.market-ace.com) of Point one Profitable PlayLimited, Suite 10-122, Water Gardens Waterport Place, Gibraltar (EPL)PPL) and you, as user of the Market-ace service (''You'' or ''Affiliate''). THE SERVICE SUMMARIZED EPL PPL has developed and operates a service called Market-ace (the ''Service'') that allows Web sites to run and/or participate in affiliate partner programs.
TERMS UPDATE - NET GAMING
''Net Gaming Revenue'' means the sum of money remaining once 'Operational Costs,'Free Player Bonuses' and 'Chargebacks' have been deducted from 'Casino Net Win'. ''Operational Costs'' means the operating costs and the payment/card processing fees ''Pay to Play Player (P2P)'' is a new player who has made a met the minimum deposit of 10 and startedwagering at a requirements for that Market-ace Brandbrand. TERMS UPDATE - COMMISSIONS
A CPA will only be paid if a referred player makes a meets the minimumdeposit of at least 10 ( 10? in Botemania ) and wagering requirements set for the particular brand (or as otherwise specified ) and plays through the depositspecified). No CPA will be paid for referred players who make use of free cash bonuses and don't deposit. The Affiliate commission percentage is calculated at the beginning of each month, according to the number of real money players ( P2Ps) referred in the previous calendar month

Online afilliates can receive your payment via electronic bank transfer , Neteller or Moneybookers Neteller in £ currency. Botemania affiliates willcan receive payment via electronic bank transfer or Moneybookers in ? euro( euro) currency. Jackpotjoy , CAESARS Bingo Online and Sunbingo afilliates get paid by electronic transfer once Market-ace Affiliates will receive payment based on the balance combined commission total earnedreaches £ 200 and across all brands they promote within Market-ace . Payment thresholds depend upon the payment method selected byMoneybookers or Neteller once the balance reaches affiliate as follows :Brand Payment Threshold UK Bank Transfer £ 100. Botemania affiliates get paid by electronic transfer or by 25 Neteller £ 25 International Bank Transfer 200 Moneybookers once the balance reaches ? 150. ( Botemania Affiliates Only ) 150 If the balance is less than these amounts it will be carried over until the thresholds have been reached.
TERMS UPDATE - CASHBACK SITES
Market-ace limits reserves the right to limit the amount of cashback to begiven away by cashback sites to 10 for all the brands being promoted through market-ace ; in Botemania , the limit is ? 10. If a cashback site promoting one or both Market-ace brands gives away an amount over 10 ( or ? 10 for Botemania ) Market-ace has the right to suspend the affiliate account. All cashback sites need written communication of approval from the affiliate account managers for promoting any Market-ace brands.
