I am unsure how this casino group got my home address, but I recently received a postal mail from: xxxxxhttp://www.mandarinpalace.com.

There is NO affiliate program that I can find anywhere.. just this casino which appears to be an unknown software type... and has begun it's time on the internet by sending mailers from a list. Where did they get the list from, I wonder?

It seems that there is no way to combat this? Our names and lists have been taken and used inappropriately. Now what can we do about this? It's widespread. I know for a fact that Slots Plus (Mainstreet) lost their player database to someone. Jason was supposed to tell me what happened when they investigated it and followed up after he heard back from RTG, but no one got back to me with any real answers. Although, they don't seem to deny the fact that it happened.

So lists that are being abused or even sold to new casinos, you get the list, open a new casino, recruit the players, presto, no affiliate program necessary.... ?

Sorry just venting a little :] -- Can you find the owner of Mandarin Palace?

I just received the same CD in the mail. I kept the letter but tossed the CD.

Couldn't find out anything about them.

This is the 3rd one from different casinos in the past couple of months. Somebody sold a list.

Lists have been stolen from day one. I remember when Party's list was stolen. It's annoying, but what ya gonna do?
