Major UK Changes, Wager-Free Model & Commission Updates

We are excited to announce a significant strategic shift for Superfly Partners as we evolve to meet the latest UK regulatory standards. Our goal is to ensure long-term sustainability for our partners while offering the most transparent player experience in the market for brands like Hello Casino, Slotnite, and Skol Casino.

Effective 1st April 2026, we are moving to a high-transparency, wager-free model and adjusting our commercial framework to match.

1. A new era for the UK: 100% wager-free​

We are moving away from traditional bonus funds to eliminate "bonus drag" and simplify the player journey.

• Zero wagering: Every single spin earned by players (Welcome Offer & Loyalty Scheme) now comes with zero wagering requirements.
• The offer: New players can unlock 500+ wager-free spins and premium SuperSpins during their first 14 days.
• Frictionless conversion: This market-leading transparency removes the common pain points associated with complex terms, leading to better player retention.

2. UK commercial adjustments (admin fee reductions)​

To support this new model, we’ve overhauled our internal cost structures to pass efficiencies back to our affiliates.

• Admin fee: Reduced to 25% of cash hold - UK only
• Deposit fee: Reduced to 2% of deposits - UK only
• Applicability: These improved NGR calculations apply to both existing and future revenue share players.

3. UK CPA & Hybrid Renegotiations​

Please note that all existing UK CPA and Hybrid deals will be terminated on 31st March 2026.

• Action required: CPA/Hybrid deals must be renegotiated and confirmed in writing before the deadline.
• Default plan: Accounts not renegotiated will automatically transition to a standard 40% Revenue share plan.
• Our team is reaching out to affected partners now to ensure a smooth transition.

4. Global High Roller (Win-Bin) Policy Update​

We are moving to a GGR-based trigger for better transparency across all markets:

• New Trigger: A "High Roller" is now defined as a player generating negative GGR of at least £10,000 in a single month.
• Previous Trigger: This replaces the old -€5,000 NGR threshold.
• Date: Effective 1st April 2026.

These updates will be visible within the Scaleo platform shortly. We believe these changes position our brands as the fairest in the UK market, driving higher player lifetime value for all our partners.
