Made my first sale

I told u gusy I would be back and let u know how I am doing.

I did make my first sale, so that is good news. Made a couple, really. I decided to promote a couple programs in the sidebar here.

I really have to find a way to get good traffic, just doing seo right now for traffic and submitting to directories (but that gains nothing, it seems).

what are good ways to get traffic besides just seo?

Congratulations on your sale.

Put a link in your signature line. I remember the thread when you said you'd be back, but I forgot what your site was. If it was in your signature line (a) you would have gotten a visitor, and (b) this thread itself becomes a link.. it's also free. Pretty valuable when you are first starting up.
