Madbet Affiliate Program - No payment, no anwer from month

Does anyone works with Madbet ? We have an ongoing deal with them but haven't been paid for months and are unable to reach them. Even their customer support close our conversation straigh away and all social media channels are not replying.
Any feedback from anyone ?
