Hello,

I would like to ask for assistance regarding a €2,850 withdrawal from LuckyWave. All my winnings coming from their referral program earnings.

I recently requested a withdrawal of €2,850, and while I understand that withdrawals can take some time, I am becoming somewhat skeptical about the reliability of LuckyWave when it comes to paying out larger winnings.

At this point, I have not received the withdrawal, and I would like to know whether there are any known issues with LuckyWave regarding withdrawals of this size or larger amounts.

In particular, I would appreciate it if Casino Guru could let me know whether you have dealt with other LuckyWave players who successfully received their winnings in the range of €2,000–€3,000 or even larger amounts.

I am not claiming that LuckyWave has refused to pay me or that anything fraudulent has happened at this stage. I simply want to make sure that there are documented cases of players actually receiving relatively large withdrawals from this casino.

You should communicate this more clearly. Opening a complaint on the same day that you made the request might be too soon, don't you think? What has made you start to doubt them? (Outside of the unresolved player complaints on Guru)

I doubt them, because i cant find any relevant information about them, and i thought maybe here i could geet some review about them

For player discussions, it's not the place, as it has been established. You work with 'Lum Partners'? In that case, you want affiliate feedback on that, if anyone can offer it. I'm not sure if they have another referral program.

they also have an onsite referral program, but im looking forward to work with them through LUM partners but i want to make sure they are legit, and paying their players before i advertise them to my audience

I don't think opening a payment dispute the day after requesting a withdrawal was the best way to get feedback.

The thread opened after the withdrawal issued, yes the same day, cause as i told you im looking forward to partner with them, and while i have requested a cashout it seemed the time to ask peoples opinion about luckywave.
What would be better if i open this thread for example after 2week of waiting for a payment? -Nothing? so..

Also, to update the case

Yesterday Luckywave deducted my winnings to 1.000 EUR as the winnings was from a no deposit bonus (refer program) and they have an x10 cap on it.
Now the pending cashout is 900 EUR

i dont get whats confusing. they have an onsite referral program, where players could invite other users for a reward of 100 EUR per qualified invite.
They credit the 100 EUR as bonus, which has a 10x wager, and a 10x cap
