Hello AGD community,

Today we present to you the real revenue share audit report for LuckyAffs.

One of their brands is Gale & Martin Casino.

Affiliate Reporting Platform: CELLXPERT

Test signup and deposit is made from Country ‘Serbia’
Affiliate Reporting Platform.jpg

We deposited €20 via Skrill and took a welcome bonus of 250% up to €2000.
Cashier.jpg

Our funds with the welcome bonus were €70 and we started playing some slots:

Slot 2 End.jpg

Slot 3 End.jpg

Eventually, we lost all the funds and checked the earnings report:

For the deposit of €20 via Skrill our commission was €9
We have a 45% deal with them so the NGR is €20

To summarize, the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposited and lost) is 20/20= 100%

Finally, multiply the advertised revenue share rate with the Effective NGR to see your real revenue share rate, e.g:
  • 25% = 25%
  • 30% = 30%
  • 35% = 35%
  • 40% = 40%
  • 45% = 45%

thanks for audit.
shame they have what look like blind designers. - that would be my reason for skipping this company despite the "good audit".

I agree that design is horrible and here are some other examples to stay away.

to casino:
they have low bonus wagering terms but on deposit welcome bonus you can only cashout 10times. And on normal deposit bonus it's 20times.

13.4. Withdrawal requests will be limited to a maximum of €5,000 per thirty (30) day period. Any requests exceeding these amount will be declined, and the funds will be returned to your Account balance. You may then place a new withdrawal request in-line with this limit.

13.5. We reserve the right to limit withdrawals to 10 times the player's last deposit amount. Any additional winnings will be removed upon processing the withdrawal.

13.6. Should you place deposit limits on your account, any withdrawal request will be limited to five (5) times the deposit limit, and not exceed €5,000 per thirty (30) day period. Any requests exceeding this amount will be declined, and the funds will be returned to your Account balance. You may then place a new withdrawal request in-line with this limit.

13.7. We maintain a target of five (5) working days for the processing of payouts but may not be held liable for a specific period of time in this regard.

to Affiliate program:
5.10 Payment requests shall be processed on the 10th or 20th of the following month in which the traffic was generated. If we suspect the terms and conditions have been breached or the occurrence of fraud traffic, the payment request may be held over for investigation and your account frozen until we can validate that there has been no breach of these terms and conditions. If your account remains frozen as a consequence of this clause 5.9 for a continuous period of 180 days then in the absence of: satisfactory explanation; or evidence to prove legitimate dealings, funds remaining in your account will be removed and your account closed.

5.14 Commission due to Affiliate at the end of each month can never be negative. All negative amounts will be carried over to the following months until any net loss is recovered from Net Revenues generated in those succeeding months.

5.15 Due to strict anti-money laundering requirements we require one or more forms of documentation to verify your identity before we can make a first payment out to you. If for a continuous period of 180 days from our request for this verification documentation, we have still not received the same from you then the funds remaining in your account will become dormant. Upon becoming dormant we will issue a warning advising that the funds remaining in your account will be removed if the necessary verification document is not received within the following 90 days, funds remaining in your account will be removed and your account closed.

I believe there are still some more unfriendly terms&conditions but this ones are already enough reason not to recommend.

Pity about the player and affiliate T&C's. I spotted the 100% RS and thought, wow, finally an honest program... Sigh, that was short lived :(

Well actually, it's not, or I should say, it's not normal for business to be dishonest.

I've been self employed since mid 80's (variety of businesses), and aside from encountering a couple of dodgy bastards along that way, usually it was very smooth, honest and ethical. All that changed 21 years ago, when, I commenced in the online igaming industry.

Even back then, there were crooks trying to steal your rightful commissions and players.

As the years have rolled over, there's simply been more and more dishonest bastards in our industry. I used to be an optimist, but after dealing with all these industry scum bags, now, more often than not, I'm a cynic and trust no one.

I agree to 100% Dave

But it doesn't work without trust either, that's not good and it ruins a lot.

Nevertheless, there are people who can still be trusted. However, sometimes you get disappointed, that's part of the truth.
