I am having the same problem. I sent an email to support@lotusaffiliates dot com on April 15th and have not gotten a reply yet.

I got a reply from an affiliate named Raj only a week ago via this email address - support@lotusaffiliates.com

Found faizel AT lotusaffiliates.com from early 2015.. Don't know if thats valid.. Emailed that and support again.. If no reply Ill try GenesysAffiliates... Trying to send my Saucify traffic somewhere...
