Anyone else experiencing issues with Jackpotjoy.com? In particular, with unpaid commissions we are owed close to €9k. Unpaid since they withdrew from the UK market. They've used this as an excuse not to pay owed commissions since pretty much the beginning of the year. Any helpful contacts at Lottomatrix would be very much appreciated.

That's pretty rough. I've had a similar experience with programs that leave a market and suddenly everything gets "put on hold" with no real timeline. In my case, the only thing that eventually got things moving was being persistent and documenting every conversation, invoice, and payment report. €9k isn't a small amount, so I definitely wouldn't just wait for them to sort it out on their own. If they've been using the UK exit as the reason since the beginning of the year, that sounds more like a delay tactic than a genuine processing issue. Hopefully someone here has a direct Lottomatrix contact, because going through the regular affiliate support can feel like shouting into the void.
