EU Lotto received a formal warning for failures which all occurred between October 2019 and November 2020, and received a £760,000 fine by the UK Gambling Commission.
The agency spotted deficiencies in its responsible gaming and anti-money laundering controls and the operator is set to undergo independent auditing.
