We have the www.freebetnodeposit.biz site that is an EMD for the keyphrase
"free bet no deposit" that gets roughly 12,000 searches per month in Google UK.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought Adwords insists on site owners to hold a licence from the Gambling Commission. This is mandatory if you wanted to advertise in Google for UK traffic. I doubt many affiliates have such certification. Such licence is normally granted to operators only.
