Looking for a tool - Historical ranking data per keyword instead of a site

I don't know if this tool exists, but I'm looking for a tool where I could see historical ranking data for a specific keyword. Ahrefs has organic keywords 2.0 where you can see the historical ranking data per site, but it's not really what I'm looking for...

Probably bit of an insane feature to ask for, but thought I would give it a try here

Semrush offers this, I don't have access to the upgraded tool (only have the basic package) but as seen below you can go back and look at historical data for keywords.
