my casino is over two years old now and i have done very well with banner and native ads. the affiliates that signed up organically on my site are doing real well but i now need someone to focus and build up our affiliate program.

Congratulations and good luck. A little bit of a warning the http of the domain does not redirect to the https, so the way you simply linked the domain sends people to the non-secure version of the page. I'd setup that redirect right away for security reasons and for the fact that when your potential customers land on the page and see that 'NOT SECURE' on their address bar, probably just click away.
