Hello community,

I am sharing my experience with LollyBet Partners, a relatively new affiliate program. However, after delivering traffic, my commissions remain unpaid and I have been accused of sending "fake" traffic. Below is an overview of the situation.

Agreed Deal & Initial Performance:

Deal terms:
We agreed on €100 CPA + 50% RevShare for the first week, with a plan to increase to €120 CPA after proving my volume. We also agreed on No Negative Carryover (NNCO) and weekly payments every Monday with no hold. All of this is documented in our Telegram conversation.

My entire traffic model was sent before starting the partnership and previously approved.

Commission due — now 13 days overdue: €1,037.81 (The platform currently shows €966.46, but this figure is wrong because the RevShare is being calculated at 35% instead of the agreed 50%.)
At 50% RevShare, the commission due is €1,037.81.

What Went Wrong:

Unfounded accusations: On 15 September(payday, and second day after starting to promote), after deliver 8 FTDs in less than 24hours, Nicolas told me to stop traffic. He later accused me of "duplicate accounts", "no bonuses claimed" and other vague "suspicious behaviours".
The platform shows active players with multiple deposits and withdrawals, which contradicts any suggestion of fake traffic.

Incorrect RevShare calculation: Despite the agreed 50% RevShare, the dashboard calculates in only 35%. I raised this discrepancy immediately, but it remains unresolved.

No payment despite deadlines: The first payment was due on 15 September 2025, as per our previously established agreement.
Today (28 September 2025), there has been no payment and no further response.

Extending courtesy time: I waited beyond my own deadline to allow LollyBet to resolve the issue amicably. Despite multiple requests and my willingness to provide additional proof, there has been no movement. The promised fraud investigation (said to take 24–48 hours) has been ongoing for over eleven days.

Why LollyBet's Excuses Are Not Valid:

Pre‑approved traffic: I sent initially screenshots of my promotion channels and "Nicolas LB" approved them before we started. There was no mention of “fake traffic” until I had delivered and invoice was due.

Real player activity: The dashboard stats speak for themselves: repeat deposits, withdrawals, and steady NGR show real customers engaging with the site. The total amount of deposits has already exceeded the total amount of commission generated, which clearly proves that the traffic is genuine.

No contractual basis for withholding payment: Our agreement clearly set weekly payouts, with no conditions about bonus uptake. There is no clause allowing an indefinite "fraud investigation" after just 8 players.

Inconsistent communication: After promising a 24–48 hour review, Nicolas has gone silent for over a week. Meanwhile, LollyBet continues to take revenue from my players without paying me.

What I’m Owed:

Immediate payment of all commissions owed: €1,037.81 EUR (calculated as €800 CPA + 50% RevShare, not 35%), now 13 days overdue.

Correction of the RevShare rate to the agreed 50%.

Evidences:
I post this here in the hopes that LollyBet Partners will act professionally by paying what is owed.
If necessary I will follow up on this matter in another way.

Best Regards.
