I have a Negative player -1 maybe, this player needs an attitude adjustment lol! hehehe :p:p

No, it's the "Professional Team" at Jackpot Capital Affiliates who needs the Attitude Adjustment!

Dear GamblingGuru,

Thank you for your valuable input!

Kindest regards,
John

You guys keep on at this pace of non-professionalism and the serps will certainly give that needed 'attitude adjustment' sooner than later...;)

You also still have failed to answer my simple questions that have been asked several times over the past two months from previous emails and alerting you to those in the previous posts and threads here!

I have come to realize now that you guys obviously don't know who you are dealing with here...a psyche patient from the mental ward at Bellevue could make me look like the raving lunatic compared to their tameness when that last straw is broken, so I ask again...do you really want to break it? It sure seems as if you do going by your last response above.

You also may want to do a few searches in the serps for rogue casinos and programs as well before you answer that question and those are tame as well.

Enough of this non-communication bullshit already! Last warning from this end!

Sorry Rob, I was just making a joke, and it's not really funny, their are serious issues, and I totally agree with you, its one big mess with these guys..... I had problems with them way back in June, and I wanted to scream, I can't let people get me all tied in a knot, I am only responsible for the effort to get someone to do the right thing, but not the outcome.

I agree with Rob here, Jackpot Capitol - that was a very unprofessional response. This is a professional forum and affiliates deserve to have their questions answered - not pushed aside or shown ridicule.

Please act appropriately and take care of your affiliates. I know you wish to have a good reputation and are working hard on getting everything organized, but this attitude does not help you in that regard.

Thank you.

Tony and I have now re-read all e-mails that were sent back and forth. We cannot find a question from you that we did not answer. Please, write a new e-mail to affiliates@jackpotcapital.com Before sending, please make sure that the following questions are answered about your problem:
  • What is/was happening?
  • Who is/was involved?
  • Where is/was it happening? (i.e. which product, URL, etc.)
  • When is/was it happening?
  • How is/was it done? (i.e. e-mail, website, etc.)
  • Why is/was it happening?
  • What would be your optimal solution?

From my point of view you are saying that we don’t answer your questions, but you don’t ask any…

We are looking forward to your e-mail!

Kindest regards,
John

Did we sort out all open issues? If not, could you please tell us what is still open? If yes, where could we improve?

I am looking forward to your response.

Kindest regards,
John

Dear Rob,

Thank you for contacting the Jackpot Capital affiliate department via AffiliateGuardDog.com

Please advise what we need to do to bring our cooperation back to a productive level.

First off you can stop with all of these formalized email and forum responses for one, that really gets old quick. Try to be a little more personal with the human response instead of all the formalized BS. Its like we are talking to an auto-responder here for krists sake...really guys, no need for that! Just keep it real , OK.

Second, you can start reading your received emails better and paying attention to the lines of any and all emails that have a mark such as this ? ,I mean that sincerely and not trying to be a smartazz here. You have missed several of these in our conversations this year, whether it was intentional or just a lack of thoroughness on your part I don't know, but it does happen on many occasions as evidenced by many affiliate posters in various threads here at AGD. Please just learn to be more thorough in your dealings with your marketing partners.

Third, and most important...DO NOT renege on a previous deal that you previously told your marketing partner would be honored, no matter what this so called Oliver Smith ( If that really is his real name  ) tells you. You need to be the one that goes to bat for your affiliate partner with this aka Oliver Smith and let him know that you have already told said affiliate that the offer would be honored. If you were not in a position to make that statement with authority then you should have never of made it to begin with and simply said that you will need to get Oliver's approval first. It really is that simple guys.

Tony and I have now re-read all e-mails that were sent back and forth. We cannot find a question from you that we did not answer. Please, write a new e-mail to

No need to write a new email, the question has already been asked a few times now but never answered...

Like I said before, I'm not going to ask the same question again...

Go back and re-read my 2nd response email that I sent back to Tony on July 22nd or better still just go back and re-read your last email that you sent to me on July 30th where you actually included my 2nd response of July 22nd and therein you will see in my first sentence of my first paragraph the question that has never been answered by you. I don't think I could give you a better map than that.

Please learn to be a little more diligent and thorough with your marketing partners, especially those that have IQ's above 85! And for krists sake, definitely watch out for the ones who are pegging that scale at close to 138.

Thanks

We are very sorry that you are not happy with our way of responding. However, I think it is important to keep a certain level of professionalism and this simply includes salutation, introduction, body, conclusion and complimentary close, proper upper / lower case, decent language, etc.

We are always paying as much attention as possible to any correspondence. Therefore, we have been answering all your questions we received from you.

I refer to our e-mail correspondence from May 21st; you asked: ‘I currently have a ND Bonus of $15 that I am running for Grande Vegas, will this still be honored?’ My answer was: ‘Offers to players will be obeyed as well, but might be reviewed in some time.’ The Casino Management did a review on this ND bonus offer and decided to not prolonging it.

To get to the only open question we were able to find: ‘So what was the special sign-up offer for my players at Jackpot Capital?’ We wrote in our e-mail on June 18th: ‘Not to make you lose, we introduce a special sign-up offer for your players at Jackpot Capital. How does this sound to you?’ We have not yet received any answer. If you are still interested in promoting Jackpot Capital with an exclusive sign-up offer, you are welcome to send us your suggestions via e-mail.

BS again John!....read my email response of 6/18/2010 13:36 PM below, in the first line of the first sentence of the first paragraph!

And you also replied to that response below as well...you are really not looking good here in the public fora my friend when you make baseless claims that can be rebutted with factual evidence as posted below...

Sure John, I'm easy to work with here :) I would like you guys help though in an article re-write regarding my Grande Vegas review here Grande Vegas Casino ~ Online Casinos | USA Casinos | Gambling Gurus

I also just published the Jackpot Capital review here as well Jackpot Capital Casino ~ Online Review ~ Online Casinos | USA Casinos | Gambling Gurus yesterday evening.

Check those out and let me know what you think about the new "Jackpot Capital article review". I included a cool winning screenshot there in that review!

Also on another note, I did not mention "Lucky Slots Casino" in the first couple of paragraphs of the Jackpot Capital review because the links don't seem to want to work. Are you guys going to push this one. The "Lucky Club Slots" links work fine.

Thanks,

Rob

And your reply back to me.....

Dear Rob,

Thank you for contacting the Jackpot Capital affiliate department!

I will check the articles and come back to your accordingly.

And I think there is a bit of confusion with the names/brands: The Jackpot Capital group has acquired Lucky Club Casino, Lucky Club Slots as well as the Rich Club Affiliate Program.
Welcome to Lucky Club Casino
Welcome to Lucky Club Casino
http://www.richclubaffiliates.com/

The Jackpot Capital Group has not acquired Cuba Casino, Lucky Slots Casino or the Lucky Click Club Affiliate program.

Please do not hesitate to contact us, should you require any further information.

Kindest regards,
John

And your statement regarding checking the articles/reviews was also NEVER followed up on either!

I rest my case John, you either just simply don't want to get it, can't get it, or refuse to get it! I give up dude... ???
