@KasinoKing Thank you for posting. We just recently opened an account at Gowild. Now I am sure we won't bother loggin in "ever".
I've had to eat some humble pie - I was wrong about Go Wild.
I have amended my earlier post as follows:

{Edit July-11th} I have to apologise - I was wrong.
I was paid in Feb, but somehow failed to log it on my ledger
100% my fault, and so Go Wild have paid me 100% on time, when due.

@KasinoKing Thank you for updating regarding Gowild casino. As nothing is wrong with them, I will give it a shot.

The guy just above works for magical spin affiliates.

Does anybody knows the company Norfex Holdings ltd?
We received a payments from them but have no idea which affiliate program is it or their casino.
The payment seems to have come from the Virgin Island and I had a long talk with bank for this payment to be credited since they consider this country as a tax heaven.

Not quite, they got super predatory/rogue and player unfriendly TC , seemingly designed not to pay the full winnings etc. we did a report while back and i believe Bryan CM done it too somewhere on his site.

Never been to any of these conferences, nor do I intend to go, but I imagine they must be super awkward at times? I mean, so many programs that screws affiliates. Anyone ever witnessed any interesting situations? Sorry if this post is a bit off topic.

i'm suprised we havent had more threads like this where everyone can just add names to the list and discuss, the repeat offenders will start sticking out and this will add a certain element of pressure to get affs paid on time.

Hi Danniee,

I find them to be good for social networking and getting to know whom you are working with. I always found them to be good for business. Both as an affiliate and as a program manager.

Cheers,

As Zuga reminded me above - the do have a terrible welcome bonus and player-unfriendly terms, which I forgot for a moment.
I use a star rating on my site, and Go Wild are the only casino with no stars as their welcome "bonus" has WR of (D+B)x35, Phantom & a max win of bonus x3!
Despite these awful terms I don't believe they would deliberately rip-off players, but the only reason I'm still listing them on my site is that I've worked with them since 2009 and have a small player base from when their terms were OK.

(PS should i move this into the GigAffiliate forum? As its not about non payments they always pay. But this one is about "Late Payments" )

I do like GigAffiliates but seems their payments are so often late now. This month again they should pay latest 15th each month. Since this was Sunday i expected payment to hit Friday. But nothing and again today monday nothing received.

They are a great program don't get me wrong and years ago they were always early paying within first week or latest around 11th each month. Now its just getting a bit annoying. If you can't pay your affiliates on time at least warn them or change payment date in terms and conditions. Last time i asked them for payment they did inform it was on their facebook page which i did not even know about. Surely anything like that should be sent out in a mass email if payments are delayed??

What do you guys feel about it?? I am not just complaining here will be fair and say a few months payments have been early or just about on time though. But i just notice last year got worse and get me bit worried about state of the program.

I guess the term is in one way bit Vague?? as shall be performed by the fifteenth day? does not say clearly if you should had received it really?

Also what i find very strange Date paid in affiliate program backend is all over the place. Dates are not correct at all.

6.3 THE COMMISSION IS CALCULATED IN THE BEGINNING OF EACH MONTH, FOR PREVIOUS MONTH, AND PAYMENTS SHALL BE PERFORMED BY THE FIFTEENTH DAY OF EACH CALENDAR MONTH, PROVIDED THAT THE AMOUNT DUE EXCEEDS €100 FOR BANK WIRE TRANSFERS AND €50 FOR SKRILL AND NETELLER (MINIMUM THRESHOLD). IF THE BALANCE DUE IS LESS THAN THE MINIMUM THRESHOLD, IT SHALL BE CARRIED OVER TO THE FOLLOWING CALENDAR MONTH AND SHALL BE PAYABLE WHEN THE ACCRUED BALANCE EXCEEDS THE STIPULATED MINIMUM THRESHOLD.

I checked their payments and indeed started getting them later, 20-21st the latest. Although it is a bit annoying i really don't think in this case it shows anything about the state of the program. What makes sense to me is with the merger and other operations their hands are just to full. I do hope they solve it but don't think it's something to worry about.

What annoys me about them is that they became less responsive.

Becoming less responsive would also fall into the "hands are just full" narrative if that narrative is accepted. Personally, I do not think there's a valid excuse for consistently late payments.

Thanks for input guys. Yes i did write clearly that it does not really belong in this tread but we dont have one about late payments. And must say i am a bit worried. Also to find out today that their head of affiliates Jacob S. Has just left Gigaffiliates. That is really worrying news to me and i am sad about it as he was really a great guy.

They have come back to me as their junior affiliate manager is trying to find out what reason is for no payments still this month.

And i am not worried about not getting paid but just worried for future as also mentioned by one of you that communication has really gone way down seems hard to get through to them. Jacob S. was great he was always around. The only 2 other affiliate managers has not even bothered accepting my skype request i did.

I didn't know and this is indeed annoying and a bit worrying. I think it's the second or third time that at least my AM leaves within the past year.

I agree that the late payments are getting a bit annoying but I know that the GiG affiliate team feel the same way about it. They have now lost two very good and professional head of affiliates which is very sad (Bruno was amazing and imo that's when the program was at its peak), but the team left are trustworthy and professional as well. I have no doubts about them, but would of course appreciate if payments could be done sooner :) Either way, the affiliate team is working very hard to provide the best service for us affiliates.

Hi everyone.

As the Amsterdam Affiliate Conference is right around the corner, I thought it would be the perfect time to list all programs that do not pay or owe you money for months.
Since some of these programs may actually attend the conference, this thread should be a warning for other affiliates to avoid these programs because of their unethical behavior.
Will be starting here with the usual suspect.

- Spilleren affiliate: Does not pay
- Mr.bet partners: Does not pay
- Condor affiliates: Owe me since May and seems like they won't pay
- Fantasino affiliates: Owe me since April, and seems like they won't pay
- Cosmos affiliates: Owe me since May
- Spintastic affiliates: Does not pay and never respond to emails

Ok, and how to solve this problem?
you just not work with this programs, or you have some penalty for them?
p.s.It is for general education

Just to update GIG Affiliates paid around midday today so thumbs up to them. Just want to make clear they are a great program and would say one of the best out there despite contact is bit harder and payments come in later. But can only say good things about them and again only posted in this thread as we dont have any for late payments so maybe i will make one next time :)
