The remote Gambling Act is now set to come into effect from March 1sy 2021, and the market to open for business from September 1st. The new legislation will come into effect two months later than expected.
The Minister for Legal Protection, Sander Dekker said: “This creates more space for all parties involved to prepare for the new law coming into effect”.
