Kindred Affiliates (Unibet) - no payment, no info, no contact NOTHING - RESOLVED

Hey,

I had no choice. I want to ask you guys if you had a problem with Kindred Partners (Unibet). I mean delayed payments or something.

I can always understand if payments are delayed. But I cant accept I am disregarded and ignored.

Whats my problem. My earnings for February (!) are around 800 euros. They paid me on 12th March but... amount was not correct, they sent me only around 200 euros.

So I tried to contact someone about this mistake. My personal manager was answering like once for week. He's good guy, I will not mention his name here. So I found other manager on Skype and told about my case. She told me that she is not responsible for partners payments, but she wrote to my personal manager and 30 seconds later he was online. He told me it was paid on 22nd of March. Ok, so I was waiting. 5 days, week, 2 weeks. But I didnt receive money and any update

I sent e-mail and Skype messages to my personal manager but last contact with him was literally 7 days ago. So I asked again that second manager and I was told that only my personal manager is responsible for Polish affiliates. He told me couple weeks ago that payments are not in he's hands.

SO WHO CAN GIVE ME ANY UPDATE ABOUT MY MONEY?!

So again - I received only little part of my earnings. I tried hard to report this to manager. I did it. I was told money was sent. But there is no money. No contact. No answers. I am ignored.

Why, as a partner, I have to fight to get someone's attention? I cant believe that big company treat me like that as a loyal partner.

How about you guys, what is yours experience with Kindred Group?

Hey, thanks for reply :) You mean stories about Kindred delays and lack of contact or you mean all of our industy lately doing that?

Are you sure they owe you 800 Euro? Their backend is confusing, and 200 Eur is 25% of 800, which is a normal revenue share %.

BTW I would try to find another program to promote, I don't think that's a program you want to work with in the long term...

No, I have higher RS percent and it was not exactly 25%, I dont remember maybe 23 or 27.

I had call with personal manager. I believe now all will go well.

Ok everything is fine, money was sent but my bank blocked my card because I was buying many gift cards and it was to prevent fraud and unauthorized use. When I confirmed that I did this money was released.

So. Payment was indeed sent probably on time. I still think that there is some kind (sic) of problems w KindredAffiliates like wrong date in history of payments etc. But I appreciate that they helped me to handle that. My personal Polish manager even called me to help me with that thing.

Case closed.
