We had a player that did:
-16k in January
+20k in February

IVY don't want to pay as they are saying the player triggered the "high roller policy:" Section 19: ivyaffiliates*com/terms_and_conditions

BUT, they changed the terms late februari, see screenshot from terms in februari
Now they are not responding anymore. (can't post links)

Can't see the history of the page in the history of Wayback. They disabled it with robots.txt. Which says perhaps enough.

Hi Pie123,

Have you ever logged into the affiliate program and accepted new terms that have popped up?

Quickly looking it should be normal to get a commission from the 4k. Any updates how this progressed? Thanks!

Just for everyone's information. Ivy apparently goes in and makes manual changes to your numbers without informing you. I noticed myself and had to confront them about it. Was exttemely surprised as I've never seen anything like it anywhere else.

Edit: issue was discussed with Ivy who explained everything to me and apologized for not having informed we. I'm not super happy about it but now I know what was done and why.

Ivy is rogue as ****. I would advise any affiliate to avoid these jokers.

Danniee, I've seen many times manualy changing numbers.
Not at Ivy, but at other brands. First at AffPower, some years ago.
Seems like, it's no problem to manipulate our revenues, if they decide to do it.

And then, how could you even think of promoting such casinos further on?
They'll cheat you every time they feel numbers are to big.

Well, it's not as simple as 1, 2, 3. You start off promoting brands when you're new in the game and build a player base. Later on it's hard to just drop it when it brings in good money. Besides, Ivy has never missed a single payment to me so at this point I don't have any reason to pull out.

Yes, I know such situation very well. And casinos are counting on it.
Once you build a base of players, they would be happy, if you walk away.

Because of some action against me, I'm thinking about a legal action against a certain casino.
Some day, someone must win a legal case against a casino. It will be a milestone.
Until then, they will fell like "king of the hills" and will do with affiliates whatever they choose.
