IVY Affiliates and constant problems with Income Access

Has anyone else noticed how there is a constant problem with Income Access not updating on IVY Affiliates? It only seem to happen there from my experience. GiG uses IA too (as do many others), but I have never come across this problem there. With IVY Affiliates it seems to happen several times per month, although it's been a while now...until today, last day of January unconveniently when you want to check your final stats for the month.

It's quite annoying and I seem to get no proper explanation to it. I know they migrated to a new sever(?) and that it might be causing them problems or whatever but it still annoys the hell out of me. Today was a bad timing in particular.

Well IA is not the most trustworthy platform for that matter, they been falling apart for years. But if u only have issue with IVY then its prolly somehting on their end .

I've had a time when I had almost non-stop issues with IA and GIG. IA is very buggy but must say, have seen brands having quite some stats issues with other software too.

Could be both of them or even both together.

Alright guys, thanks for your input. I guess with the lack of transparency in this business, things like this just makes you even more suspicious.

Strangely, that last day of January is NOT upated so I cannot see my final earnings for that month, yet stats for February updates just fine. Isn't that odd?

I did, everytime it happens but they just say it's on IA and that they hope the numbers will update soon.

I am at this very moment ragebashing the keyboard for Income Access failing to update the stats. It works like 20% of the time and I for all different operators. Not bound to any specific.

I have contacted Income Access but all they did was giving me horseb reasons of trying different web browsers/clearing cache.

Found this thread through Googling and it seems like there's no answer to this bullshit system.

Paysafe (aka Neteller, Skrill et al) now own IA, right?

Given all their wallets promote gambling venue, I'd be very much on the side of paranoid, knowing about this connection, or more to the point, conflict of interest.

IA were sliding down the sh#t tube well before Paysafe acquired them. I don't promote any casinos who use IA. Call it what you like, fortunately I dodged that bullet. And these days, I certainly wouldn't signup to any program who use them.

Wasn't really aware of the income access issues. I have had a number of times when imports failed, stats were delayed etc, but the only software I actively avoid is the Playtech Mexos system.
