Is Casumo reporting accurate?

Hello!

Please can someone in the know advise on Casumo and their reporting? The dashboard is reporting 0 CTR for the last 7 days which simply can't be accurate, plus I signed up myself 2 days ago and still nothing showing.

That said, I have had 1 payment from them in the past (site is still just a holding page by the way) so I know they're not rogues, plus they're a huge well know brand in Europe.

I've read some good things and some bad things about NetRefer, but would appreciate some real life enlightenment.

Is the click through rate relation to a banner view and click?

Hi, I have it set up as just the Casumo logo at the moment with a text link through with campaign ID and banner ID being '1' or Casumo's homepage.

So I'm not using a banner, just a straight text link..

I'm not sure if the CTR doesn't refer to banner views and then click through on them or clicks on any links. Can you see any clicks in the account anywhere?

Ah, I just set the date range to a longer period and can see that CTR has always been N/A, even though Signups and First Time Depositing is reporting with figures.

But that doesn't explain why my own signup from yesterday doesn't show as a Signup?

Maybe they don't update till later on in the day. Not all programs update early, some are late on in the afternoon

The CTR displays the banner ctr for all GFX stuff hosted by Casumo itself. If you host a button or a logo on your server, how should they calculate the CTR? They didn't know the number of impressions.

with regards to your signup ... you're sure that you deleted every cookie etc from your browser before signup?

Casumo updates happens between 8 - 9am GMT+2

With regards to the Signup, yes I cleared cookies, used Express VPN from a Canadian IP and also a new Chrome Incognito browser window for the click through from my site to Casumo to complete the process, plus a new email address and username completely unrelated to my affiliate details in any way.

I did a couple months ago exactly the same, except i did the test with Trada Casino. The problem why your registration is not coming through is because of the 'incognito browser window'. Affiliate cookie doesn't work in incognito browser.

Try again in normal browser
