I am asking this because I see a lot of bad things happening lately with the rivals from no pay to rebranding and re-using referred players without using the affiliate tags. Example planet23 rebranded as Planet Kings that use mails to hook old players to their new site for free.

So Bonne Chance do you fancy this kind of strategy all of a sudden ?

I really think this is a much-needed discussion. I have heard both very bad things about Rival/BC and then have heard good things from affiliates (being paid continuously from players of casinos BC has taken over).

The bad things have come from current and past operators, so that may not be a good sign. Folks that I have talked with did not trust them very far.

I would love to hear past operators come in here anonymously and lend us their knowledge. The alarming rate at which BC is taking over casinos scares me, personally. The way it is being done also doesn't feel right.

BUT - they seem to have been making good on affiliate payments. So that part is good for us.

HOWEVER - they seem to be re-marketing OUR players, which is highly predatory.

I would love to hear from affiliates (you know who you are) that have details on some of the issues that casino owners have had with BC/Rival.

Thanks for starting the discussion Rick!

What "no pay" are you talking about?
Affiliates or Players? Examples please.

I have tried to be a staunch Rival supporter since I first started playing with them in 2007 - but they do make it VERY hard to remain loyal and keep faith in them with all the shenanigans they've got up to.

Until this year I was confident everything was going to be fine, but now I'm really concerned for the future of Rival casinos as a whole, to be honest.

I've said it before and I'll say it again; Rival Gaming should and would be the best and most popular casino software on the entire internet if only they would get their fricking shit together. I'm beyond words to explain just how incredible frustrating it's been for me to watch their slow attempted suicide over the last 12 months.
They desperately need re-hab - I just hope they realise this before it's too late. :(
They only need to make a few relatively minor adjustments - it's not rocket science!

I think they are not trustworthy. They are not contacting me about past money due from brands that have closed. They continue to pass around player database etc. Makes you wonder what they hold over the ex-owners so that none come forward in confidence and speak to us.

I will in Budapest and will more then happy to sit and speak to someone, anyone that is willing to let a bit of info slip out during a few drinks:cool: I am very trustworthy in this industry for keeping confidences and names out of things.

I saw some affiliates chasing for payments, I think all have been paid though. No major issue. The alarming trend is programs not having to pay for already referred players from a casino that went broke and are conveniently used to start business for a new rival site.

I think it was not a good idea to waste my time on my new rival casinos site.

My opinion

I'm still waiting on payments.

Bonne Chance should be managing ONE large affiliate program where you can see your stats from ALL white label casinos. Payouts should be made in ONE transaction. Brands should NOT be bundled.

White label owners probably should not have their own affiliate programs. It adds confusion and detracts attention they could be paying to their brands. W.L. owners might go to bat for us if they weren't so tied up in this affiliate mess. Worst of all, the W.L. owners don't control the payouts anyway.

By having it setup this way there is no real point of contact when they goof up paying you or if you need anything done. We had an issue with QT and we are still trying to get paid from Rival W.L. casinos since March.

Programs running MGS, RTG and VT software had my money in my hands after my QT issue within weeks (some in hours, some in a days) ... Rival has been acting like this is rocket-science.

If you are missing money, you must go to your manager, who goes to their manager, who gets back to them, who gets back to you.

Thing that cracks me about about that KK is when I voice my thoughts I get pm's, text messages, emails etc stating that my opinion and gripes is damaging Rival ..lol The damage people is what Rival Gaming has done to itself!! Affiliates did not cause these issues you did! Players complaining and being unhappy is YOUR FAULT not the affiliates fault. Just for the record

I am well aware that not all Rival operators are crooks, shady dealers and cheats. I am aware there are good running brands out there but the fact is there are brands being operated by some less then trustworthy individuals and it is the duty of responsible affiliates to warn their players!
