SUMMARY: At AGD, we have marked Interpartners as ROGUE for retroactively applying negative carryover to their longtime affiliates.
ROGUE Retroactive Term
If Net Casino Revenue is in a negative position that negative amount will NOT be recovered from you and at the beginning of each month any negative position will be set at zero. If Net Casino Revenue for a given payment calculation period is a negative amount, that negative amount will NOT be recovered from you but it will be carried over into the following payment period and shall be included as a deduction when calculating Net Casino Revenue in respect of such period.
SUMMARY: This is a ROGUE term and ROGUE affiliate program because they are in breach of their own affiliate contract. Please vote with your banners and discontinue promoting organizations who fail to honor their contracts with you!
