Seem odd you can do charge-back now days when most cards are with 3D-secure? Maybe its just another way to make money for the casinos.

unverified accounts can still do chargebacks with 3d secured. Even a fully verified account that deposited with 3d secured can do chargebacks under 2 different situations.

The real problem here is the credit companies processing USA transactions.
It is almost impossible to find an honest and reliable US Card processor.

While I appreciate your candor ... and the outline of the fees ... lets be honest here ...

Casinos/Sportsbooks that take US credit cards for online gambling are deliberately breaching the cards terms of service ... they specifically state no online gambling transactions.
And the Casinos/Sportsbooks are using a third party that is also prepared to breach the rules and act as a front for the transaction as long as they get a slice of the action ...

So casinos and sportsbooks are NOT actually looking for "an honest Card processor" ... they are looking for a crooked one that will launder transactions for a small profit.
So don't be surprised when their business practices turn out to be less than 100% honest either ..
