I use Roboform to store all my username/passwords. The nice thing is that I select a site and it logs me in... except for Income Access backends where they have implemented a captcha :( Sucks!!!

ok, done venting. For IA programs I now have to manually log into them. Takes more time, I don't have more time :)

Slightly OT, with roboform, do you use the Roboform everywhere option? Been thinking of using it but worried about having all my username/passwords stored in a central server

I don't use the central server option. They created that to compete with the other program (I think LastPass or something like that). I use the RoboForm 2 Go option for my USB key.

I think I can manage to backup my passwords instead of having to pay monthly for their central server. Who knows if they even back it up properly.

I don't see any captcha requests when logging into IA programs.

Hi to everybody!

I am new here and I like this forum:D

I am very unsatisfied with the Income Access Affiliate statistics, I have the feeling that something is wrong there.I"m working with them since a few month, their sites are very popular on my sites and I saw on my sites statistics that they have many hits from my visitors.Strange is that Income access statistic shows to me that all hits are coming from ME.
Is somebody here who have the same problems?

The one that pisses me off is the bug in IA software where they let you register an account with a special character (eg :/+= etc) in your password, but then you can't login using a password that has any special characters in it and you have to go through the reset password process.

And you can't reset password if you didn't set security question. I had to ask my affiliate manager to reset it for me.

I would talk more about 'specific' programs within Income Access... not IA themselves. They have affiliate software, but from what I understand, it is up to the integration team to get the stats integrated properly from the casino side. The affiliate program takes the integration on themselves or hires IA to do it - that is up to them.

The end result should be good if the integration team does it's job.

At least, that is my understanding of it all

I think I'm experiencing the same thing as you, if you're referring to some inflated stats. For most IA merchants (ie. InterCasino, Ladbrokes, Castle, CasinoLuck) the stats are fine. But for some other merchants (Gala, MoneyGaming), the 'clicks' and 'impressions' figure is hugely inflated. The other stats seem accurate.

I have referred the inflated stats to the merchants but the replies indicated it was just me with an issue. I haven't had time to pass it to IA directly yet, and as it's just the hits/impressions that's wrong, with money stats seemingly accurate, I've been lazy in chasing it up.

This thread has morphed a lot :)

There was only 1 program that had a captcha, BTW. It just destroys the auto-login is all. That was my main beef. As far as tracking, I think most track well to be honest. The software seems good (IA backend), doesn't mean you can trust every program that uses it :)

Grrrr. This is exactly what just happened to me when signing up at Netplay :(
