Dear Affiliates
We recently wrote to you regarding the launch of maxino.com. In the e-mail we informed you that we will be mapping inactive players that you have sent to Nordicbet over to maxino.com. For us to do this, we require you to open an account at Maxino Affiliate.
The deadline was September 3 2012 but we are now extending it to Monday September 10 2012, at 12:00 (midday) CET.
For the players to be mapped over to Maxino please follow these simple steps:
Your players will be mapped over shortly after September 10 so if you have not followed the above steps, your player will be mapped over untagged and you will not earn any revenue from these players.
If you have responded to this e-mail and completed the above steps already, then please delete this email. If you have not opened the account don’t delay and do it today, rather than lose out on any future revenues. If you have any questions please contact me via one of the methods below.

- Go to Maxino Affiliate and open a new affiliate account
- E-mail your Nordicbet Partners and Maxino Partners usernames to shaun.oneill@maxino.com
- Please ensure the above is done no later than September 10 2012 as the mapping over process will happen shortly after.
- Watch your income grow!!!!
