Due to a planned migration of some players from our client's old casino servers to new ones late in the month of January, we unfortunately experienced unexpected duplication of player betting data in the Fortune Affiliates database.
- This first caused the casino revenue on some affiliate accounts to be overstated for the month of January, which was picked up on the 1st of February when we started our monthly payment run.
- The issue was initially rectified and the January earnings were recalculated on the morning of the 2nd of February. As a result, some affiliates may have noticed a drop in earnings on the stats reporting on both the 1st and 2nd of February.
-Further to this, we have identified a secondary batch of late-arriving data from the gaming servers which may affect some January earnings, which will be recalculated today with this data included.
-We will continue to update you throughout the day on our progress.
