IGaming Partners - Problems. Predatory T&C. No Affiliate Supports.

Several days ago, i sign-up at iGaming Parthers, and detected several serious problem with this affiliate program.

1.) First: They promise 50% rev-share for all new affiliates, for first 3 months. But when i sing-up, and send traffic for they brands, i detected that i am on 25% RevShare plan.

2.) Second: IGaming Partners RevShare plan is fake. They promise RevShare from 25%
to 50%. Commissions | iGaming Partners

But when you read they T&C (at another page) you may find this:
https://affiliates.igamingpartners.com/terms_and_conditions.asp

CASINO NET REVENUE PER MONTH % OF NET REVENUE
Net Revenue Revenue share
$0-5000 25%
$5001-10000 30%
$10001-15000 35%
$15001-20000 40%
$20001-25000 45%
$25001+ 50%
Affiliates commission fees will be a percentage of the ‘Net Revenue’. iGamingPartners pays a commission fee on net revenue generated by the affiliate. An affiliate’s monthly payable balance is automatically reset to 0 Euros at the beginning of each calendar month, thus ensuring that any negative balances are not carried forward.
Casino net revenue is calculated as Player bets minus player winnings minus player bonuses minus transaction fees and admin fees.
Transaction fees are the fees the different payment providers charge on the player´s deposits and withdrawals. No transaction fees are deducted from Revenue Share.
Admin fees are the fees covering the cost of handling the gaming customer. This includes for example finance, risk surveillance and game software licensing. This fee is set to 20%.

So if your player lost $1000 with "50% RevShare Plan" your real income = ($1000-20% Admin Fee ($200))*0.5 =$400 or
40% RevShare. I don't understand, why they use such stupid marketing tactic. The one and only results - they made they affiliate angry.

3.) Third: They don't have supports. I sent message via e-mail, i sent message via internally message system, i contact with casino support (casino support promice me to send my claim to affiliate support), but results - no replay with in several days.

Having said that numerous times any deals above 25-30% indicates that short term gains will prevent the affiliate become a real cost effective business partner.

In other words they will accept to grant you your profits as a part of their advertising campaigns.

any deals above 25-30% indicates that short term gains will prevent the affiliate become a real cost effective business partner.

Even with these percentages, some programs now include additional charges in their T&C's (new affiliate registrations):

  • 15 - 20% Transaction costs
  • 15 - 20% Administration fees
  • 15 - 20% Software royalties/fees
Start deducting fees from what should be paid 25% on $1,000, soon shrinks to 25% of $400 (worse case scenario). $600 gone, which equates to a commission loss @ 25% of $150 in affiliates pockets. Hence the more you make the more your getting hammered by (imo) bogus fees.

"Hi Sérgio,

I hope all is well!

The email below was sent out to affiliate whom we thought may be interested in promoting Lucky31 based on our competition research, which is how your email address was found.

I apologize if you feel this was inappropriate, but we simply wanted to inform as many as possible of this opportunity.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Daniel

Casino Estrella

I choose this program, becouse i have gambling traffic from South America. But now i think may be better to remove
this casino. This is good casino, but affiliate program....

The only valid deductions are bonuses and progressive jackpot fees from Gross Gaming Revenue. These type of "fee" deductions are absurd. If your promoting these clowns, I'd consider dropping them, cause your paying the cost, for them, to operate their business. Which has nothing to do with affiliates!

Yes you are right, but i don't know any other casino for South American market. Yes i know, that many casinos have Spanish language versions, but this casino have
many payments methods for players from South America.
