Back the original question...

November was good for me, despite problems

The first problem was losing my entire earnings from the only white label Rival Gaming casino I promote

The second, with my main site (the one I enjoy working on the most), conversions have gone from being like hen's teeth to being like "gold-plated" hen's teeth (trust me, those gold plated ones are far less common). The poor performance seems to be down to 1) US depositing issues, but also 2) because most of the searches for the site include the word 'free', so don't convert well

But,.... I have been working hard on new sites, focussing on specific long-tailed keyword phrases along with content design specifically to convert people making those exact searches.

I don't get much traffic on my new sites (and probably never will) but the conversions are very good. This has turned out to be a good tactic and I have seen a few high value players coming through over the last 6 weeks or so.

Without my new sites, I would not be doing well at all

Sorry to hear about the loss of your earnings.

Newbie question: what is different in November this year with US deposit problems over the months and years before?

Who's attacking, me? You've got to be kidding, right

Which was a clear retaliation by Simmo to stick the boots into arkyt for the dmoz thread.

If you want to appease to ass clowns that's your business. But using me as a scape goat when I'm stating the obvious - with no personal attack in sight leaves me wondering if your not part of the clique too.

Funny stuff - that darned directory doesnt mean squat according to many, but within minutes it became a touchy subject for those who might just have something to lose - those who just might be taking advantage of it and screwing the entire industry while doing so!

As for taking sides - thats the way the "Casino Affiliate Forum" society has been since day one, nothing is ever going to change. The blatant total topic derailing attack on me stands; while someone else gets called out for stating the truth... simply amazing!

If AussieDave closed his account - close mine too!

@ Arkyt

While you may have completely valid points..

Why keep de-railing the thread that just got back on topic again? Why not start a new thread if you have any specific issues you want to discuss/address around taking sides/dmoz/who has what to loose etc? And if its just an issue with 1 or 2 people - why not PM them and resolve it cordially in private?

Edit: Also just "calling it like i see it";) And nice meeting you (just thought I'd get that in before you close your account IF you go ahead with that course of action:)

OK, I like a few stats now and then, so here goes...
2010 so far has been slightly better than 2009, but slightly worse than 2008. November was pretty crap though and I just hope it's not a sign of a harsh winter to come.

So my November 2010 compared to previous months and years:
Compared to October 2010: Down 32%
To 2010 monthly average: Down 29%
Compared to November 2009: Down 9%
To 2009 monthly average: Down 6%
To 2008 monthly average: Down 39%

Generally I can only see things getting worse before they get better... if ever! :(

Just one final comment on the slight de-rail; Webzcas and Simmo were the first 2 webmasters I ever met in person shortly after I started my first website; Though they didn't know me from Adam, they were both extremely friendly and helpful in pointing me in the right direction. These guys are totally straight up, honest and really know what they're talking about IMHO.

Hi NoDepositCasino,

Basically, ewalletexpress went down and also many people are having problems with depositing via visa too. It seems to be getting more and more difficult for US players to make a deposit. I think these two threads will probably explain a bit more:

By the way if you weren't able to understand my reggae reply: For us it was the worst month in four years.... maybe more? (although I do recommend the song... stick with it... )

First part of the month was record breaking (post UGIEA) last part of the month sucked... Had big winners in a couple of different programs that cleaned out tens of thousands.

Ended up not even making the min payment with one program that had over 6k in deposits... Not a good thing.

Ya it does seem like a LOT of winners hitting it big lately... ???

November was my worst month so far. I made more in Sept. and Oct. due to word-of-mouth but that seems to have run dry for now and I only got a couple regular players out of it.

December is looking up already though, got my first depositor from a search engine (Yahoo). They are currently winning, but that's great if they can win on their first deposit, better chance of being a return player.

Here are my dismal stats:

November vs. October: Down 49.7%

November vs. September: Down 22.7%

November vs. August: Down 33.8%

November vs July: Down 14.8%

This month projected income..... would be down about 50% from November. Ugh.

December is looking pretty bad so far. Wake me when its over! :)
I never check my stats until after the end of the month - so I'm going to really enjoy Christmas and then get really depressed on January 2nd.
(Will probably be too hung-over to use a PC on Jan-1st...! 8))
