How to Target Some Countries, and Suppress Others

Hi all, Jack here again. I'll be launching my new site Slots/Bingo soon. My primary audience is in the UK, EU and maybe other non-USA countries. Can anyone tell me the most efficient, economical way to do this? I've heard of some WP Plugins that can do this, but I don't know. All suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Try MaGiKS Geo Country works well for us on a few sites....

If you are using a flytonic wordpress theme, you can get the geo-target plugin.
