How to handle a affiliate manager who said his links are working and you had traffic but he say it isnt?

I had recently the problem with a manager who told me his links are working and all fine and i almost sure there was some traffic over it.

But on their side it wasn't?

Probably we could put a tracking link ourselves, but is this something more people had experienced?

Yes, this happens almost weekly. I usually drop them if the tracking clearly isn't working correct.

Yeah, remove all the buttons to their site ASAP! I had a similar problem where they were telling me that all is working fine on their end. But, I was sure that nothing is fine because I registered using different names from different locations with real addresses and phone numbers. The casino was Novibet.

When you test - are you making sure that it's in a Cookieless environment? If cookies have dropped they might just take the existing one - IE first click and not last click. I test in incognito and make sure it's a cookieless environment. Ive dedicated Firefox for all of this.

I have been working with many affiliate programs over the year - and still am - and it's really rare that their clicks/uniques tracking is not working properly. I guess this is what you are referring to right ? Clicks tracking ?

Especially if they are using fully hosted solutions like affilka, tune, etc - on these platforms, clicks tracking are always correctly reported.
