Some networks just open accounts on your behalf and control it. It might be in their t&cs they own the player.

If listing 200+ casinos helps your site, keep doing it, if it slows you down then make new operators jump through hoops to get listed whether it is a link back, stronger deal or in some cases ask for a listing fee. You'll cut back on admin work.

We have the same question as you. We are currently building a tool to manage different affiliate accounts on the same platform. There is a lot of work to do and we are doing our best to optimize this tool.

some colleagues say that they hired extra employees to keep all this information actual

Have all the login pages bookmarked to a folder, ensure you're signed up to any update mailing lists each program may have and then I outsource my review content.
Yes correct, you could add additionally everything to an excel file. With contacts and so on... Mailing folder separately for affiliates.
