As a small affiliate, it's a lot of work to deal with 100s of different brands and programs, how do you deal with new listings?

Have all the login pages bookmarked to a folder, ensure you're signed up to any update mailing lists each program may have and then I outsource my review content.

I find that outsourcing the content always leads to the same amount of time to post the content after rewriting.

I never have to rewrite the content I receive, you might need to pay more or spend more time explaining exactly what you are looking for, I find linking to other example reviews works well.

Max Partners Admin Fee is insane, and their ACTUAL paid in your pocket commission %'s are Fked.

  • 25% = 12.50 %
  • 30% = 15.00 %
  • 35% = 17.50 %
  • 40% = 20.00 %
  • 45% = 22.50 %

would you care to explain what it is now please?
algorithm for RS calculating

Your commission is calculated as a percentage of your NGR. NGR = Bets – Winnings – Bonuses – Chargebacks
Affiliate Commission = (NGR – game provider fees – transaction fees – taxes) X revenue share percentage.

Hey - my advice would be to work under a Master Affiliate. They will deal with the operators on a daily basis whilst you can focus on driving traffic. You might think you'll earn a bit less but you won't as these Master Affiliates usually hold a better deal than what you as a small affiliate will be able to negotiate. So if you can get 25% direct from the operator, they'll probably have a 40% as a Master Affiliate and willing to give you 30%.

bad advice . they own the players, not u.
they can fuck you and you are screwed..
no middlemen = G.T.O
Hey - I partly agree with you. Ultimately, the operators are the ones to own the players so they could screw you too right. A good, trusted Master Affiliate will look after his/her sub-affiliates as they are the ones generating business for them.
This advise goes for small affiliates. If you are a big affiliate, with a lot of traffic and decent revenues then of course, you'll have some bargaining power with the operators ;-)

there are huge downsides to having a master affiliate. your negotiation ability is ZERO, for one.

Regarding the original question - you didn't really mean in terms of the % you are getting but more about the management/ time management of this thing. So few suggestions:

1. You can sign up with some network through which you can promote many brands. The upside is clear. The downside - now you have middle man. which first can screw with your stats, second - all eggs in the same basket.

2. sign with each program: ups and downs are clear. but there are few things you can do to save time:
- first, unless that's needed for your site "purpose", you don't need 100 programs. Pick few for relevant markets and that's it. Later you expand.
- And, if you do handle 20+ programs, stats software is $100 per year spent wise. Will save you lots of time checking stats and so on.

Regarding the master affiliate thing: for me the only programs i have master affiliate with is when from the time I got started. There was some guy which I reached to for advise. In return i signed up under him in 2 programs. For me the only reason to sign under master affiliate is thanking that person for giving me some valuable advice/help.

There might be exceptions, but in most cases, there is simply no other reason to do so. Why should i pay to talk to master affiliate that i've never met instead of talking directly (and for free) with affiliate manager that i've never met :).

P.S. Sorry, missed your username here somehow. So in your case as you do need many casinos, I would still suggest to focus a bit at starters. Like you don't have to go for every possible market. You build your site and then after will have more time to spread.

A middle man is an extra risk. A lot of them aren't having super deals for affiliates anyway.

As a new affiliate, I choose several programs and work only with them. The reason is I physically cannot keep track of everyone) Or I need to spend the whole time checking it.

As i said above, check link to my signature. This is +500 brands (casino, bookmakers) and this is arround ~ 100 affiliate programs with one interface and 1 dedicated affiliate manager.

It's looking like this (not my stats, just example). Different brands from different affiliate programs in one stats. And one payment. (but you may split it to several payments system if you want. For example 30% Skrill, 30% Bank wire transfer, 40% Bitcoin).

stats.png

As you see: 22bet (this is 22betpartners), NeonVegas (this is 21Partners), CocosCasino (this is Cocos Affiliate Program), Jackpot City (this is Buffalo Partners), Casinoin (this is Betmaster Partners), Spin Samurai (this is Samurai Partners) e.t.c. One stats, one payment, one aff.manager.
