I'm posting this because I believe there may be a serious tracking issue affecting several brands in this group.
Over the past few months, I've noticed that single sports bets above approximately €400–450 are often not tracked if they lose. However, when the player wins, those bets appear to be tracked correctly.
I discovered this because I also run a Telegram community with many of my referred players. They frequently send me their bet history and bet slips, which allowed me to compare their actual activity with what appears in the affiliate statistics. This is how I noticed the discrepancy.
Interestingly, I did not experience this last year. I only started noticing it around March of this year.
From what I've seen, this seems to affect multiple brands, including Fezbet, BankonBet, Nomini, Spinit, Librabet, and likely the other brands operated by the same group.
I also spoke with another affiliate who has observed the same issue on his account.
I would appreciate it if the affiliate team could investigate this thoroughly and perform independent testing. If this is a tracking bug, it should be fixed as soon as possible. If other affiliates have noticed the same behavior, I'd be interested to hear about your experience as well.
