Hi to everyone, i hope this new year will be great for you.

I am a new affiliate from Albania and i have a problem ( i dont know if is big or small problem ) regarding affiliatelounge.

I tried tonight to enter by puting my username and password but it says your password is not correct.

Ok i go to retrieve password and guess what: your account is blocked from log-in.....

I am surprised actually, i send to them e-mail and i wait their answer.

Can anyone tell me, what this mean???

I dont want to think bad things....i like them.

Thank you

It's hard for us to guess what the problem might be, but I have heard others have gotten a similar message when AL decided that the affiliate was not sending enough traffic. You could be in a similar situation.

Hi, thank you for your answer.

Maybe that is the situation anyway could you please for my curiosity, explain to me, why this decission, actually i have only 2 registered players and sure is not a big conversion anyway who is the benefit of affiliate program to block my account?

Why they did not inform to me?

What is the problem if i promote them and wait more maybe more players will register and play?

Who controll this bussines, their rules and everything else?

I spend hours and hours for my website and this mean people work from other side, why they behave like this?

I dont find this seriouse in fact...... :(

Thank you again

In the online gambling world there are virtually no rules or laws to protect Players or Affiliates.
It's all down to trust - something which can only be earned over time.

To answer your questions you really MUST speak to someone from Affiliate Lounge.

I have worked with them for many years with no problems, but I have had loads of other programs ignore my e-mails which is VERY frustrating - so I do know how you feel.

Hi KK, this is what i received from them today :) , i think i learn to much this months from this bussines, but you said a BIG TRUTH, noone cares what happen here, now i belive a report which i read before some days online and it says: 51 % of websites and activities on internet is SCAM :)

Dear affiliate,

We are writing to notify you that your account has had very low activity for the past 6 months (has not generated a minimum level of activity / new depositing players).

Under rule 7.9 of our terms and conditions the Company reserves the right to set limits for a minimum level of activity on Affiliate’s accounts and to terminate any agreement not reaching the limit.

Consequently our Affiliate Agreement is now being terminated. Your November and remaining unpaid commission will be paid out early November and your account will be permanently shut down.

That's pretty bad news :(

But don't despair - their are MASSES of programs who DON'T have any quota rules.
You just need to spend that extra bit of time reading ALL their boring T&Cs before you decide to promote anyone else.

Good luck!

Isn't it just funny reading that? I mean... what's the point? Why not foster the relationship, help the affiliate, wait until the day they have quality traffic.... and then make money? Seems so absolutely stupid to me.
