My AM just emailed me and said that since I don't mention any bonuses, I don't have to do anything more (no need for the bonus T&C text he previously asked me to add). Thankfully common sense has prevailed.

However, I don't mention bonuses at all anymore, and I made a point to delete all references to bonuses from my sites a few months back, including replacing all screenshots that had any sort of money amount displayed.

The first time a visitor encounters anything about a bonus is when they land on the casino's website -- therefore it is their responsibility to make sure the T&Cs are clear -- not mine.

We're looking at something similar on one of our sites that doesn't really need to talk about bonuses. Do you mind me asking how that's affected sign ups - you think it's made much of a difference?

No UK / Ireland = this crap is not available, same if you do not mention any bonus.

They're responsive, reasonable and do not just suspend accounts. Big difference with Bet 365.

I never really pushed bonuses in the first place (just casually mentioned them in some of my reviews), so I haven't noticed any change.
