here it is (by email)

Dear ***********,

As part of the ongoing regulation of the gaming industry, we at GiG have started to collect relevant information from our affiliates, otherwise known as "know your customer" or KYC. We kindly ask for your cooperation in filling in this information and thank you in advance for helping us out.

Below are two different links. One for Affiliates registered as individuals and one for affiliates registered as companies. Please fill in the form that matches you best.

We are commencing this process for affiliates with an account in Income Access, if you have multiple accounts, please include them all in the form as that will reduce the amount of double work from your side. We will move on to Netrefer accounts in the near future.

KYC for Companies

KYC for Individuals

The above forms have been created by Google. If you do not have a Google account please let us know and we’ll find an alternative way of gathering your information.

Once again thanks for your cooperation!

Best regards,

GiG Affiliate Team

I don't think I like it, especially google form. My email registered with GiG is not gmail, so I have to use google account for this form. They want me to upload id, utility bill through it.

How many other industries have to deal with this crap? Or is it only the casino industry? Do other marketing branches also have to send in KYC to the companies they market? Just curious.

I have said it before it should work both ways. They are your "customer" as much as you are theirs as it is a "partnership" and you should be perfectly entitled to ask for the same documents.

Is it going to happen is it F**k

Well it's quite normal these days as most of the affiliate programs requested it. Especially with GiG - it wasn't something special and I personally havent any issues.

Yeah been getting these for over a year now. More annoyed that some operators are asking only now, when I could've gotten them all done a long time ago.
