Google May 2022 Broad Core Update

Hey. Can you share a situation with your websites after this update? I've read a lot about it, but the information from webmasters who are working in the same niche would be more valuable.
My website dropped) I mean keywords positions 50+, GSC- impressions, clicks also went down
I'll share some usual characteristics
It's a regular casino reviews
comments: no
pages: up to 200
market: USA
age: 3 y.o.

- Impressions down with approx 30% - 40%
- Traffic down with approx 20%
- CTR up

The website is 2,5 years old. Only elaborate content with most of time 3000+ words. No spammy or PBN links.

Not sure why we are down. Most of our important keywords stayed at the same position. Im not worried (yet).

Im curious what type of sites get rewarded after the update.

It still seems to be rolling out. All tools are showing a lot of volatility and my sites and all over the place as well. I figure it should be finished sometime this week as it is almost two weeks

as mentioned above, looks like it's still rolling out. out of 3 sites I have, 1 bouncing about, 1 dropped and seems to be dropping out the index and another a slight drop
not sure why, and i don't like to moan about these things but this time i'm seeing a few sites appear or seem to be rewarded that are pretty crap, or using very aggressive black hat techniques like buying a huge amount of obvious links

This is a big one and on some SEO forums many write 80-90% down in traffic. The update has not rolled out completly so numbers seen now, can roll back so no dramatic updates should be done just yet.

Others even claim that once the update is complete and googlers see something they did not expect to see, they can make additional changes. So i guess, the best is to wait for a bit, and then make overall site quality improvements if needed.

You are right. It's not our first update, so we should not panic and make some unexpected decisions. Anyway, as I saw in the links about SEO impact. It seems that we need several websites and work with them using different strategies.

I am observing one of my competitors, he lost more than 1000 keywords and traffic dropped -7k and still going down.
From time to time, watching slotsup, he also has issues with traffic and keywords.
However, need much more data to understand the pattern.

My site definitely tanked. I am not too impressed with how most of my competitors are progressing either but as always seems to be the case, the scammers and black hat cunts get rewarded.

I lost a lot of long tail traffic, it affected me by traffic but not much financially

The signals are all over the place the past week even though the May Core Update is finished.

Of all the competing sites I am tracking, all but one are in the red since this updated was introduced.

Did you get hit and lost traffic?

Do more quality content, user friendly design, faster speed, mobile design in first hand, optimize, optimize and optimize.

There is never a "do like this and your back on track" when MR G desides to drop your rankings or adjust positions. The golden rule is to always do your sites for your visitors, not for MR G.

This and the latest update were not the "bigest" ones yet. If I remember previus years right, there will be a bigger update by the end of the year.

I see many spam and shit sites ranking, let's hope there comes an spam - update soon!

Has anyone seen big ups and downs the last few days? All signals are off the chart. Mozcast was 125. I read that google had an indexing issue. Any issues?

What I see is a new design on some google searches with big buttons for the results. Try search affiliate guard dog - I mean results starting to look like that
