Good freelance web site developers?

Are there webmasters here who can recommend web developers they used that delivered?

I know some decent moonlighting IT guys, but I'd like to know some more, especially people who do this fulltime so they can deliver faster.

Of course examples of work and indications of prices are most welcome too.

I don't know her full capabilities, but I use her for:

• PSD Conversion to HTML
• PSD Coversion to Wordpress Template

As far as php development, I am not sure her background. If you need a full web developer who knows a language and how to program to a backend database, then you may want to mention that to be sure someone suggests one who can do what you need.

Sorry for not mentioning what exactly I needed. I do indeed need a full web developer who can build backends (either Joomla/Drupal based or custom).
