Gold Vip Cash is not paying commission

Does someone ever had a problem with Gold Vip Cash?

We have promote them for a months and we make some commission of $300. It's not that much, but we earned it. They would not pay us from unknown reasons, even after writing to them few times and chatting via Skype.

Stay away from this Gold Vip Cash!

Here is a one chat record with their rep David. This was 2 months ago, and as of today, we didn't receive our commission, which is even increased.

Our players has many complaints about GVC, and after all we're still promoting you. My colleagues who are working with merchants complain me that they are not receiving responses from you and asked me to contact you about paying out our commission. So, I'm asking you last time about status of that. If you think that we can continue our cooperation (which was very good in first few months), pay us our commission, otherwise, you don't need to pay us, but we'll blacklist your casino and announce our experience with you as casino and affiliate program. This is not really a huge surprise. This group caters to spammers and has never been an honest organization. This just proves more that they are worthless.

Sorry you were taken for $300. Do some research on this group and you will see that they are NOT worth promoting.

Andy is right in that this group does cater to spammers. I hate spam. But other than the spam, they are ok. I have received earnings month after month and never with a problem.

Honestly, I had to read your thread 3 times. It was a little confusing because you wanted your commissions but you pointed him to player comments so I can see why he wasn't sure what you needed from him at first. I think he's often in many chats at once and that can be difficult sometimes. Also at the end, when he asked for your payment details and was ready to pay you.. why not just give it to him right then, instead of telling him you sent it 20 days ago? I mean, that won't get you paid. But if you just give him what he asked for regarding the payment details, you'd be less likely to have any confusion and more likely to get paid right away.

In my experience with them, getting paid was something that always happened for me in the first 5 days of the month. If I had to ask for my payment, because they were in between affiliate managers or something, as soon as I asked I received a payment within 24 hours or so. I do know he, David is very busy, and it's best to be short and to the point in chat with him, and then follow-it up with an email.

If you have $300 earned, you definitely should get it. You earned it. It doesn't matter if someone needs it or not, it's yours. And I'm sure you will get it.

Did you give him your payment details again when he asked in chat, and send to admin@ like he asked? If so, I'm sure you will be paid quickly now.

After reading this thread just now, I pasted the link to David and asked if he took care of this. He said you didn't send him the payment detail when he asked in the chat you pasted here. You did resend the payment details as he asked didn't you?

One thing I would agree with David on. If you talk to him about not getting your payment, and his reply is that he does not have your payment details and to please send them. Your response was that it was sent already 20 days ago. And I'm sure it was sent 20 days ago. But that doesn't mean he had it. So he said again to you in chat, please RESEND it then otherwise to stop complaining about getting ripped off. Its true, if says he needs that from you and you don't resend it he can't really pay you, can he?

The only reason I am posting.. is because I've received many payments from them and all I have to do is ask him once, and make sure he has everything he needs and he does it quickly. Always.

It was just a suggestion. Sometimes emails get lost in spam or don't go as they should. From time to time, (not often) we've had our emails to iNetBet not get to them. They always reply fast and I hate to bother them with a 2nd mail if they got the first. Eventually I sent another and apologize if they had just not gotten back to me yet. And they'll tell me they never got my first email. Even though I had it addressed right. I just mean.. sometimes S@#$ happens.

I hate chasing up payments. So does my partner. But it's something we have to do with different programs at different times. And mostly we're not chasing them up because the program is refusing to pay. Usually there's a good explanation for things, sometimes simple human error.

There's a lot of things I'll just write off and say "I'll just never promote that place again" and move on. But payments isn't one of them. If a program owes me money, even if it's $1, I follow-it up and am right on it until its resolved. It's not about the amount of money, or whether someone needs it or not... but it's the point. I expect to be paid anything I've earned.

I don't know what happened to the the mail you sent to admin before. I just thought if you mailed it, and then went to Skype you could get a straight answer simply, "do you have the mail I just sent or not?" And if not I'd send it again from a different email address or ask for a different one of theirs. I'm relentless and patient when sorting out a missed payment from any program.

Posting here is good so that others know what to expect if you're having a problem. But the only thing that will get you paid is to make sure they have what they need.. no matter how you have to get it to them.

$300 is not so much money for a casino. So I don't understand why this casino (or any casino) would play games intentionally over that amount. It's frustrating when it seems like we've done everything we're supposed to and still chasing a payment down. But don't let frustration keep you from getting your info to him and verifying he's got it... somehow.
